Who are we?
Inclusio is a company based in Belgrade, Serbia. Our goal is to see lives of people with disabilities made easier and more convenient.
Bojan, our founder, was inspired to create Inclusio while going through his everyday struggles
Our story begins with Bojan, co-founder and CEO of Inclusio. He was born as a visually impaired person, which did not stop him from being independent and moving around the city without the assistance of others. He came across many barriers while trying to do his everyday activities, mostly while approaching branches of companies such as banks, shops, post offices, etc.
Bojan knew that employees wanted to help him, however most of the time they wouldn’t even realize he was there, and until he caught their attention, a lot of time would be wasted. He also knew that not only himself, but all people with disabilities were going through the same struggle. There were obstacles that needed to be overcome.
5 Years of Constant Progress
The idea got its first spark in 2017 while Bojan was writing a thesis for his Bachelor’s diploma, and later for his Master’s degree. The first prototype saw the light of day the next year, during which a focus group of people with disabilities tested it and provided feedback.
For the next two years there was constant research and communication with the target group about their needs and preferences, and by 2022 the app was customised based on all of the collected information. Needless to say, it was well adapted to all types of disabilities. The ultimate goal of the Inclusio app is to create a world without barriers.
In the meantime, the Inclusio team attended many different competitions and won numerous awards, collected grants and donations that helped us to be sustainable and remain focused on our mission.

First place at the Best Tech Innovation competition 2022, held by the Ministry of Science, Technological Progress and Innovation of the Republic of Serbia
Second place at the international competition Startup Live Global at the ViennaUp festival
Mini grant from the Innovation Fund of Serbia
First place at the Raising Starts program, held by Science Technology Park Belgrade, and financed by the Swiss Government
First place at Startup Shower project, held by Business Intelligence Institute
Fourth place at Univerzum Startup Accelerator, held by Mozzart company and the University of Belgrade
